DRESSING
This
is extremely
easy to make, easy to store and easy to use.
Make it and
store it in a jam jar with a good fitting screw top lid and it will
keep
for up to 3 months.
Chill it in
the fridge for about an hour before use.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
English mustard
1 teaspoon
of coarse ground black pepper
1 clove of
garlic (crushed)
6 tablespoons
of white wine vinegar
5 fl oz olive
oil
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
sugar
*rosemary, basil or thyme (see 'tips')
Method:
1. Place everything
into a clean screw top jar.
2. Make sure
the top is secure ...... and ........ give it a good shake up!
The mixture will separate once it settles. Do not
worry - just give it a shake, allow a few seconds for everything to run
down from the top of the jar - remove the lid and pour.
